SX360 Crossover Mat

Designed to protect electrical cables from rubber tire, light duty mine site service vehicles up to one ton, the MCS series of smaller, portable Handi-Ramps and Crossover Mats reduce equipment downtime due to damaged cables. With two designs available, the Handi-Ramp is easily placed over electrical cables crossing a roadway, while the SX360 Crossover Mat is designed to hold electrical cable within to protect cable from damage. The 17” wide Handi-Ramp and 36” wide SX360 Crossover Mat are intended for temporary placement on prepared or unprepared roadways, lifted into position by one-two personnel, additionally serving to direct mine site traffic to appropriate and safe crossing points over electrical cable on the ground.

Manufactured from solid, polyurethane rubber, each style of portable crossover mat features permanently molded large rope handles for lifting and maneuvering into position.

SXR Light Duty Series Crossover Mat

42 & 54 Series Heavy Duty Series Crossover Mat

The MCS SXR Series of light duty Cable Crossover Mats are suitable for use with rubber tire vehicles up to 10 tons (gross vehicle mass). The MCS 42 and 54 heavy duty series single and double channel Cable Crossover Mats are suitable for use with rubber tire vehicles up to 75 tons GVM. MCS Cable Crossover Mats are intended for use on grated, prepared roadways. It is recommended to bury the leading edge of light and heavy duty crossover mats to avoid shifting of position.

Standard available colors are Safety Orange or Safety Yellow, with custom colors available upon request.
